![]() ![]() With version 1.0 Serviio brings the ability to browse your content on non-DLNA devices. All Roku devices (players and TVs) get the default Roku profile, which transcodes far more then necessary for the latest models. This feature is only available in Pro edition. The only thing I haven't been able to do is to get them to assign themselves correctly when they first are seen by Serviio. I believe the last 3 or 4 Serviio releases have all had some updates to the Roku profiles. For some reason those don't like HLS.Īnd if I do say so myself I've worked very hard to ensure any issues reported with the profiles have been addressed with newer versions. They now all use HLS transcoding to allow for trick play functionality, with the exception of VC-1 video. Also, the log snippet you posted doesn't show the network interface connection loading, so can't see if there's something there.Īs far as the Roku profiles, I did update all of them for Serviio 2.0. But you still didn't tell me what Roku player you have (model number, not just its name) and what profile is selected in the Serviio console for your player. 06:57:21,562 INFO Starting automatic library scan 06:57:21,557 INFO Started checking repositories status 06:57:21,506 INFO Using '.WindowsWatchService' for delta scan 06:57:21,444 INFO Started looking for information about online resources 06:57:01,445 INFO Starting DiscoverySSDPMessageListener using interface eth5 (Intel(R) Gigabit ET Dual Port Server Adapter) and address 10.10.222.8, timeout = 0 06:57:01,423 INFO Starting Renderer searcher process 06:57:01,423 INFO Starting RendererExpirationChecker 06:57:01,416 INFO Starting DiscoveryAdvertisementNotifier 06:57:01,416 INFO Starting EventDispatcher 06:57:01,416 INFO Starting EventSubscriptionExpirationChecker 06:57:01,369 INFO WebServer starting on port 8895 06:57:01,338 INFO Started playback progress updater 06:57:01,291 INFO Started scrobble poster 06:57:00,854 INFO Cleaning transcode engine and its data 06:57:00,666 INFO Found FFmpeg: d:\Program Files\Serviio\bin\\.\lib\ffmpeg.exe 06:57:00,150 INFO Checking if a new version is available 06:57:00,150 INFO Started looking for plugins 06:57:00,150 INFO Looking for plugins at d:\Program Files\Serviio\bin\.\plugins 06:57:00,104 INFO User profiles definition (user-profiles.xml) not found, using built-in profiles only 06:57:00,104 INFO Added profile 'Chromecast' (id=chromecast) 06:57:00,104 INFO Added profile 'Google Cast' (id=googlecast) 06:57:00,104 INFO Added profile 'ServiiGo (Google TV)' (id=serviigo_gtv) 06:57:00,104 INFO Added profile 'ServiiGo (HLS)' (id=serviigo_hls) 06:57:00,104 INFO Added profile 'ServiiGo (Legacy Devices)' (id=serviigo) 06:57:00,088 INFO Added profile 'ServiiGo (Standard)' (id=serviigo_standard) really wish the profiles would get updated. if you think debug would show anything, I can sure give it a shot, but it looks bound to the correct adapter.įirewall is disabled, (all 3, domain, private and public)įar as what profile, - that took some effort. I've not setup debug logging, but everything looks fine from the log.
